High Halden ASB Update!

Beat Officers yesterday attended Halden Close, High Halden following residents complaints of a suspicious vehicle, with damage and left insecure, having been abandoned within the last 24 hours. The vehicle was found to have no insurance reports, no MOT, and was Notified Off-Road.  The vehicle was recovered by Police late last night and the owner will now have 14 days to collect it.

Also this week, Officers have been in contact with the Community Warden and since identified 3x youths that have been linked to varying incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour over the summer, all involving catapults. Visits have been conducted at their respective addresses in the presence of parents as a means of initial intervention. Firm warning has been given on this occasion and the full extent of criminal offences surrounding catapults has been advised to both those involved and parents. We will continue to monitor these individuals moving forward with home visits whilst liaising with partner agencies.
